Today’s CRI Solutions has a strong foundation in the industry and a long history of success. The company was originally founded in 1973 as an independent insurance agency and in 1999, was purchased by Creditor Resources, Inc. in Atlanta, GA. In 2000, the company relocated to Elkridge, MD. The once single agency became Premier Solutions Group to offer financial products and services, and CRI Systems to develop and provide technology solutions to credit unions.
Over the past 35 years, the organization has built an outstanding reputation of serving more than 250 credit unions throughout North America. In October, 2008, Premier Solutions Group, Inc and CRI Systems, Inc merged to form CRI Solutions, Inc. with the belief that together we offer Stability, Security and Solutions to the credit union market.
