CRI Solutions announced in March that it has formed a new strategic partnership with Wycom Systems, Inc., an industry leader in providing solutions that improve check, receipt and document processing for businesses and financial institutions.
The new partnership will allow CRI Solutions to deliver Digital Signature and Web Signing functionality to its CRIterion™ clients. Wycom's WYDOCS™ product will be utilized in conjunction with Topaz signature pads to capture and archive member electronic signatures (Digital Signatures) in the credit union branches. Wycom's Web Signing product will be utilized to capture remote signatures (via a secure Internet site), and WYDOCS™ will be utilized to archive and retrieve those remote signatures for the CRIterion™ and InterLend™ products.

This new partnership will give CRI Solutions' clients the ability to use industry standard signature pads to capture members' digital signatures in the branch and save them in the archived loan applications; as well as the ability for members to log into a secure web site and electronically sign their loan documents from the comfort of their home or office.
